He was predeceased by: his siblings, Nathan, Alexander Tolliver and Karmen Evette Burke. He is survived by: his wife Melanie Hunt Tolliver; his children, Justin Tolliver (Skyelar) of New Columbia and Josie Tolliver of Flatwoods; his grandson Miles Tolliver; his brothers, Mitchell Tolliver (Michelle) of Greenup and Christopher Tolliver of Ashland; and his mother-in-law Gloria Hunt.
