He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bailey and Cecilia Hill Bailey; his former wife Linda Bailey (Gabbard); his wife Beverly Bailey (Priode); and his siblings, Ira Bailey, Roger Bailey, Shirley Bailey, Jean Hall, Gerry Brandstetter and Brenda VonKaenel.
He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Faye Hall (Randy) of Greenup; his stepdaughters, Jerri Moore (Gregg Marcum) of Wurtland and Jana Elliott (Kyle) of Mt. Sterling; his brother Richard Bailey; his grandson James Dylan Barber; and his stepgrandchildren, Ryan Elliott, Aaron Elliott, Justin Hall and Amber Rodgers. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
