As Jo departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Jo may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jo leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hurshell Salyers and Geneva Salisbury Salyers; and her husband Bernard Allen Holmes. She is survived by: her children, John "Ernie" Holmes (Kendra) of Raceland and Patricia Ann Osborn (Tim Grubb) of Wurtland; her grandchildren, Jaclyn Smith, Ryan Holmes, Savannah Osborn and Pecos Osborn; and her great grandchildren, Gunner, Raelyn, Noah and Abel.
