He was predeceased by : his parents, James Euton and Grace Matheny Daughtry; his wife Betty Euton (Mershon); his daughter Connie Colvin; his son-in-law Jimmy Gore; and his parents-in-law, Leo and Edna Mershon.

He is survived by : his children, Kathy Gore of Kitts Hill and Kevin Euton (Teresa) of Kitts Hill; his grandchildren, Jeff Holton (Sara) of Tabatha Colvin, JD, Heather Roth, AJ Euton (Morgan) and Josh Euton (April); and his stepgrandson James Russell (Kathryn).

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (1004 S 7th St, Ironton, OH 45638). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
