He is survived by: his children, John T Price Jr. (Jessica) of Flatwoods, George W. Price (Marlena) of Worthington and Leona M. Price of Concord; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Kasey, Katrina, Andie, Chassity, Anthony and Glory. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
