It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Hassler of Flatwoods, Kentucky, born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on November 11, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, William Hermann and Margaret Kennedy Hermann; her husband Joseph Hassler; her children, James Hassler and Rebecca Hassler; and her brother William Hermann.

She is survived by : her son Timothy Hassler (Debra); her sister Gloria Gorguez; her daughter-in-law Eileen Hassler; her grandchildren, Sharon Bates (Cody), Joseph Hassler (Brittany) and Amy Barker (Brian); and her great grandchildren, Isabela Barker, Ava Barker, Charlotte Bates, Harley Hassler and Haisley Hassler.
