We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2023, at the age of 71, Kenneth Ray Conn of Flatwoods, Kentucky, born in Ashland, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Virgil Conn and Lucile Cook Conn; and his siblings, Virgil, Betty, Goldie and Shirley.

He is survived by : his wife Debra Scott Conn; his children, Kenneth Conn, II (Krystina), Adrian Conn (Chasidy), Michael McDowell (Chanthai), Sarah Duff and Christina Chidister (Joseph); his grandchildren, Brandon Conn, Bryson Chidister, Alyssa Fugett (Ethan), Joseph Chidister, Jr., Angel Hood, Lina Conn, Jasper Conn, Sara Duff and Dameon Williams; his siblings, Paul Conn, Larry Conn, Barbara Dale and Rosalie Halley; and his nephew John Halley (Rhonda).
