He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Hensrells Stephens and Dorothy Irene Chase Stephens; his son-in-law Darrell Haney; and his brothers, Bo Stephens and Ed Stephens.
He is survived by: his daughters, Angie Stevens (Richard) of Flatwoods and Michelle Haney of Garrison; his sister Laila "Cookie" Paxton; his grandchildren, Mia Reffitt, Cody Stevens and Gage Stevens; and his great grandchildren, Serenity, Nevaeh, Parker, Lincoln, Laney and Cason. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
