He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Douglas and Della Carroll Douglas; his wife Dorothy Lewis Douglas; and his siblings, Elsie McFann, Edna Roberts, Bill Douglas, Jim Douglas and Earl Douglas.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Franz of Ashland, KY and Jeffery Douglas of Portsmouth, OH; and his stepchildren, Bill Reed, Connie Antis, Kathy Beyler, Neva Reed and Dena Reed. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
