She was predeceased by: her mother Harriet Matilda Wakefield Johnson; her grandmother Mee Maw; and her parent March of Dimes. She is survived by: her brother Harry; her significant other Larry Patterson; her children, Remedial Reading, Michael Patterson (Christina) and Matthew Patterson (Diana); her grandchildren, Cole Patterson, Mazi Patterson and Mavis Patterson; her sister Martha Adams (Scott); and her sister-in-law Janet Fleischauer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
