With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Monte Ray Stevens of Flatwoods, Kentucky, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Monte Ray leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Monte Ray may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lenzie Stevens and Willa Lean Taylor Stevens; his daughters, Amber Lynn Stevens and Ashley Marie Stevens; and his brother Mitchell Bradley Stevens.
He is survived by: his daughter Taylor Rae Stevens; his grandchild Kenzleigh Marie of Flatwoods; and his siblings, Jason Stevens (Carolyn) of Russell and DeLaine Wallenfelsz (Jeff) of Russell.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Northeast (100 Veterans Mem Dr, Argillite, KY 41143).
