It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Oleda McIntyre Slone of Flatwoods, Kentucky, born in Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on February 6, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry McIntyre and Juanita Kouns McIntyre; her husband Everett Slone; her son Steven Church; and her brothers, Ray McIntyre and Earnest McIntyre.

She is survived by : her children, Barbara Riley (David), Samuel Church (Sonda), Michael Church and Tommy Workman (Lynn); and her grandchildren, Adam, Heather (Larry), Tammy, Samuel, Aaron, Ashley, Julie and Tyler. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
