She was predeceased by: her father David Medley. She is survived by: her mother Helen Hensley Medley of Flatwoods, KY; her husband Daniel R. Howell of Raceland, KY; her children, Justin Howell (Gina) of Raceland, KY, Travis Howell (Ashley) of Raceland, KY and Danielle Moore (Scotty) of Grayson, KY; her grandchildren, Noah Danner, Briar Howell, Waylon Howell, Weston Howell, Emma Moore and Chloe Moore; and her sister Curta (James). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, bonus kids, and bonus grandkids that she loved dearly as her own; as well as a host of extended family.
