She was predeceased by: her parents, Hurl Mullens and Leola Chadwick Mullens; her husband William "Bill" Bernard Tooley; her son Robert "Robbie" Hurl Tooley; and her siblings, Hubert Mullens, Wilbur Mullens, Billy Jack Mullens, Irene Calhoun, Davetta Faye Ratcliff, Barbara Ann Garner and Loretta Mullens.
She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Tooley (Matt Shelton) of Flatwoods and Melinda Kuhn (Kris) of Cordova, TN; her grandchildren, Bryan Corey Evans, Eric Scott Smith, Zackary Ian Gillum (Victoria), Jennifer Lynne Kuhn and Jessica Lyndsey Kuhn; her great grandchild Paige Caidence Paige Evans; and her caregiver Christy Miller of Flatwoods.
