Regina Begley Waggoner Obituary

It is with sadness that the passing of Regina Begley Waggoner of Flatwoods, Kentucky is shared. Regina, born on March 6, 1958, passed away on September 7, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Burt Begley Jr.; and her sister Vickie Burkholder. She is survived by: her husband Randy Waggoner; her children, Christopher Arazatey (Jose) of Atlanta and Steph Sparks of Russell; her siblings, Alex Begley, Diane Wagoner and Darla Wybiral; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Sparks (Robbie), Emily Blair (Ryleigh), Mia Sparks and Wyatt Sparks. She is also survived by the loving Nana who held her family.

In lieu of flowers the family has suggested to make donations to the American Cancer Society.
