It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roscoe Burkhardt of Flatwoods, Kentucky, born in Wurtland, Kentucky, who passed away on February 7, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Clearance Burkhardt and Ena Herberlin Burkhardt; his wife Phyllis Joyce Fannin; and his children, Gary Lee Burkhardt, William Keith Burkhardt and Kathy Jean Perkins.

He is survived by : his pet Ellie; his son Michael Burkhardt (Judy Peters) of Ashland, KY; and his brother Raymond Burkhardt (Loveloe) of Ashland, KY. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends.
