She was predeceased by: her parents, Andy Ward and Grace Keene Ward; her husband Richard Alton Blair; her son Jeffery Scott Blair; and her sister Wanda Collier.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Blair (Kimberly) and Christopher Blair; her siblings, Andy Ward, Jr., Randy Ward, Donald Ward, Jimmy Ward and Bernice Chaffins; her grandchildren, Sasha Melvin, Christopher Blake Blair and Alexandra Blair; and her great grandchildren, Blaine, Ember, Elliott and Nora. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
