He is survived by: his daughters, Stacy Renee Palmer of Coal Grove, OH and Cortney Leigh Boggs (LeShadow) of Russell, KY; his grandchildren, Tayah Lyons, Isaac Wilson and Dayton Hensley; his sisters, Brenda Settles of Catlettsburg and Marsha Palmer of Troy Ohio; and his sister-in-law Dee Palmer of Greenup. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
