He is survived by: his wife Mom Chhun; his children, Mengchhorn "Sean" Chhun (Kim) and Dany Chhun (Norat Ly); his brothers, Dy Chhun, Mou Chhun and Pong Chhun; and his grandchildren, Ellena Chhun, Aaron Chhun, Ratanaksambath Ly, Manavy Ly and Ratanakyuth Ly.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Steen Funeral Homes - Central Ave Chapel (1501 Central Ave, Ashland, KY 41101). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
