He is survived by: his wife Neva Pauline Reed Kirk of Flatwoods, KY; his children, Willie D. Kirk of Flatwoods, KY and Amy S. Kirk of Ironton, OH; his grandchildren, Owen Kirk of Glenville, WV, Jaden Chaffins of Raceland, KY and Emmaliegh Chaffins of Raceland; and his sisters, Bessie McLeod of Monroe, MI, Rosemary Drew (Bobby) of Maysville, GA and Linda Khan of Colombia City, IN.
