She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald E. Bowen and Hazel E. McCarty. She is survived by: her husband Maynard; her daughter Jill Miller (John) of Flatwoods, KY; her stepchildren, Cotton (Jeff) of Worthington, KY and TJ Maynard (LeighAnn) of Flatwoods; her brothers, Gary W Bowen and Steven Bowen; her grandchildren, Johna Menshouse (Damon) and John Robert Miller; and her great grandchild Evelyn Hazel Menshouse. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Carman Funeral Home (2301 Argillite Rd, Flatwoods, KY 41139). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Rose Hill Burial Park (3801 13th St, Ashland, KY 41101).
