Visitation was held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Martin (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
