He is survived by: his wife Theresa Sandefur Taylor; his children, Joshua Taylor (Jackie) of Ga, Brody Taylor (Tysun) of Ga, Lisa Weinert (Jeromey) of Ky, Jonna Smith of Ga and Chris Smith (Jalen) of Wash; his brother James L Taylor Jr. (Melva) of Ga; and his aunt Mary Holton-Marschalk of Ga. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren.
