She was predeceased by: her parents, Alan Jackson and Velma Mae Claypoole Bellamy; and her sister Elma Jean Bellamy Ratliff. She is survived by: her children, Katelyn "Katie" Ann Turner (Brandon Williams) and Seth Allen Turner (Emma Smith); her granddaughter River Williams; her siblings, Candy Arvizo (Serafin), Terry and Paul Bellamy; and the father of her children Robbie Turner. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Boone-Nickell Funeral Home (150 W Water St, Flemingsburg, KY 41041). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
