He was predeceased by: his parents, Buck Collins and Helen Dunaway Ingram; his stepfather James Bud Ingram; and his siblings, Gary Collins, Steve Ingram and Kathy Rice.
He is survived by: his close friends, Phyllis and Tim Ritchie; and his siblings, Sheila (Doug Sarro) of Lebanon, Tennessee and James Randall Ingram of Wallingford.
