He is survived by : his wife Brenda Luman Fields; his son Larry Dion Fields of Nicholasville; his stepson Franklin Guy Courtney, Jr.; his grandchildren, Haley Fields and Wesley Mason Fields; and his brother Charles Glendon Fields (Delores).
