Matt Cassidy Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Matt Cassidy of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on October 7, 2025 at the age of 50. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sister Lisa Carol Cassidy Lofton; and his grandparents, Malcolm Sr., Pauline Cassidy, James and Mildred St. Clair.
He is survived by: his parents, Malcolm Cassidy and Darlene St. Clair Cassidy; his wife Anisa Elizabeth Reeves Cassidy; his children, Austin Matthew Cassidy (Cheyanne), Christian Scott Cassidy (Cassandra), Haley Claire Cassidy, Michael James Boschert, Corey James Boschert and Savannah Faith Boschert; his grandchildren, Octavia, Owen, Emma, Easton and Church; his mother-in-law Thelma Jones; his brother-in-law Josh Reeves (Jessica); and his nieces, Nichole, Raylyn and Kendra Grace. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the New Creation Praise and Worship Center (1431 Helena Rd, Flemingsburg, KY 41041). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
