Randy Vice Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 18, 2025, at the age of 67, Randy Vice of Flemingsburg, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mansfield Vice and Ruby Katherine "Qubie" Emmons Vice; his siblings, Joyce Ann Nolen and Thomas Estill Vice; and his brothers-in-law, Gordon Long and Bob Parker.
He is survived by: his daughter Kristy Horb; and his siblings, Larry G. Vice (Phyllis), Joan Marie Vice Story, Janie Parker, Terry Scott Vice, Donna Jean Vice, Betty Frances Long, Billy J Vice (Mary), Marty D. Vice, Doug A. Vice and Linda K. Johnson (Everett). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Boone-Nickell Funeral Home (150 W Water St, Flemingsburg, KY 41041). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 25th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
