She is survived by : her parents, Cody and Samantha Thompson; her grandparents, Sherman, Pam Royse, Jerry Thompson (Sherry Dixon) and Melissa Thompson; her aunt Sarah; her uncle Hayden Smith; and her close friend Trina Goodrich.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Kentucky Children's Hospital in her name.
