She was predeceased by: her son Francis Adam Hein; and her parents, Frank Thernes and Mary Jean Thernes (Cox). She is survived by: her husband David T. Shores; her children, Jeananne Collins (John), Mary K. Brinker (Robert) and Thomas Daniel Hein (Paula); her grandchildren, Zachary Hein, Jack Hein and Amanda Hein; and her great grandchild Charlotte Hein.
