She is survived by: her former husband James Holt Jr.; her children, Beth Brock (David), Ashley Henry (Josh) and James III Holt (Danielle); her grandchildren, Matthew Jr., Dylan, Carly, Riley, Brayden, Teresia, Carson, Nathan and Paisleigh; her great grandchild Matthew III; her siblings, Pat McDonald (Mark), Lola Neuhaus (Buddy), Trish Pugh, Kaye Dooley and Daryl Pugh (Dorothy); and her stepbrother Les Collins.
