She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Sizemore and Ella Cook Sizemore; her siblings, Elihue, Junior, Betty Bentley, Pricey Elswick and Patty Evans; and her grandchildren, Ashton Faith Allen and Lauren Hope Allen.
She is survived by: her husband Gene Fields; her daughters, Eugenia Fields Allen of Florence, Patricia Fields Sexton (Luther) of Erlanger and Ella Fields Jones (Roger) of Independence; her sister Carolyn Profitt of Isom; her grandchildren, Nicholas Sexton (Caitlan) and McKenzie Jones; and her great grandchildren, Lincoln Sexton and Penelope Sexton.
