She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah M. and Herbert Combs. She is survived by: her husband Waldo Proctor; and her siblings, Tommy Combs, Clyde Combs, Margie Tuttle (Bill), Ernie P. Combs, Evelyn C. Tolliver (Dennis) and Sharon K. Fugate. She is also survived by 5 Nephews, 1 Niece; and a host of other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northern Kentucky Chapel (4350 Dixie Hwy, Erlanger, KY 41018). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (4350 Dixie Hwy, Erlanger, KY 41018).
