He was predeceased by: his parents, Byrd Cummins and Lorene Mink Cummins; his wife Dora Cummins; and his siblings, Betty Coldiron, Ann Renner, Quinton, James and Barbara Cummins.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sherri Brown (Bernie) of Florence, KY and Carol Cummins of Florence, KY; his grandchildren, Nathan Brown (Adrianna) and Rebekah Brown; his brother Bill Cummins (Shirley) of Mt. Vernon, KY; and his sister-in-law Connie Cummins. He is also survived by 5 Great Grandchildren.
