She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Ingles and Esther Ingles (Miller); her husband John A. Howard; and her siblings, Wilma Anderson, Ruth Richendollar, Lee Mers, Bonnie Dunn and Carl Ingles.
She is survived by: her children, Greg A. Howard (Karen) and Krista A. Wilmhoff (Ralph); her grandson Michael L. Wilmhoff; and her stepgrandchildren, Samuel A. Wilmhoff (Gloria) and Katie S. Brown.
