She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Hensley and Juanita Hensley; and her husband Wayne Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Carol Baker (Mike) and Bonita Lynn Johnson (Ernie); her grandchildren, Michael Baker (Haley), Austin Johnson (Kailie), Shane Johnson (Lauren) and Shanda Johnson (Steve); and her great grandchildren, Mikey Baker, Mia Baker, Clara Beth Johnson, Quinn Johnson, Riley Jo Johnson, Juliana Hicks, Arianna Hicks and Miyah Luke.
