He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Baker and Nora Flynn; his granddaughter Heaven Baker; and his siblings, Ralph Baker and Joyce Roell.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Baker; his sons, Douglas J. Baker (Susan) and Michael K. Baker (Lori); his grandchildren, Shelby Baker (Robert Rodriguez), Brady Baker (Annie), Austin Baker and Rachel Baker; his great grandchildren, Graham Baker and Mia Baker; and his siblings, Corky Baker (Debi) and Ann Smith (Don). He is also survived by family members and friends.
In honor of Cecil's memory, contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital and the Alzheimer's Association.
