He was predeceased by: his mother Gladys Milligan; his stepfather Lawrence Milligan; his grandmother Olive B. Wilson; his granddaughter Lily Sky; his pet Dixie Lou; and his siblings, Sandy Johnson, Frances Whitehead, Lynn Jansma, Bobby Schilling, Donnie Richardson and Jimmy Milligan.
He is survived by: his children, Shona Spence, Alana Gould (Thomas), Melissa Henry (Jason Isbel), David Osborne (Chelsea Sheriff), Kevin Osborne and Carrie Dunaway (Michael); his grandchildren, Katelyn (Phillip), Matthew (Angela), Ashtan, Zach, Dylan (Lexi), Chloe, Jacob, Kailee, Zoey, Kaidance, Jaylyn, Olivia, Liliana, Nathan, Bentlee, Paisley, Paislee Ann, Blakely and Gracyn; his great grandchildren, Savannah, Jayden, Reagan, Colson, Jasmine, Abigail, Destiny, Mason and Leilani; his sisters, Charlotte Ferguson, Betty Kinard and Theresa Milligan; and his pets, Skyler and Coco.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (4350 Dixie Hwy, Erlanger, KY 41018). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Highland Cemetery (2167 Dixie Hwy, Fort Mitchell, KY 41017).
