She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Hays and Mary Hays. She is survived by: her husband David Petrey; her children, Kathy Doll (Darren Darlington), David Kirby (Josie), Michael Kirby (Preceded), Sherry Eagler (Doug), Christopher Kirby (Preceded), Jason Jones (Rose) and Crystal Smithson (Christopher); her sisters, Mary Breedlove (Sissy), Linda Lutz and Victoria Hays (Preceded); Arnold Hays (Buddy) and Arthur Hays (Artie).
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Middendorf Funeral Home (3312 Madison Pike, Fort Wright, KY 41017). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at the Belleview Bottoms Cemetery (6058 Burlington Pike, Burlington, KY 41005).
