He was predeceased by: his parents, Nona Dew (Minter) and Jack Nathan Irby; his niece Sarah Elizabeth Paul; and his grandson Joash Nathanael Oberschmidt. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Anita Irby (Paul); his children, Lisa Tidball (Ernie), Grant Irby (Mary), Brenda Darling (Blaine), Monica Oberschmidt (Jason) and Trevor Irby; his grandchildren, Eric, Faith and Ethan Tidball; his children, Hezekiah and Ember Oberschmidt; and his sister Donna McKeand (Robert).
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Northern Kentucky Baptist Church (2681 Turkeyfoot Rd, Lakeside Park, KY 41017). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
