He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Ramsey and Serena Roe Ramsey; and his wife Jeanne Murray Ramsey. He is survived by: his son Michael Ramsey (Donna); his grandchildren, Kristyn Santisteban (George) and Ryan Ramsey; and his great grandchildren, Emilio and Isabel Santisteban. He is also survived by 3 step-grandchildren, and 5 brothers, their wives, and children.
