She was predeceased by: her parents, Fearn Turner and Nina Ashley; her husband Ronald Rabenold; her son Robert Gibbs, III; and her brother Rusty Turner.

She is survived by: her daughter Laura Gibbs; her granddaughters, Blakely and Bella; and her stepsons, Chris Rabenold (Susan) and Gregg Rabenold (Sallee).

In Lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made in Dixie's honor to the Florence Methodist Church.
