He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kelley I and Clara Foster Kelley; his siblings, Charles Kelly Jr. (Chuck), Joel Kelly, George Kelly and Karen Goodman; and his nephew Mitchell Kelly II (Little Mitch).
He is survived by: his son Ron; his daughter-in-law Martha; his son Ronnie Kelley (Martha); his grandsons, Jordan Kelley (Dana) and Matthew Julian; his aunt Peggy Jones; his siblings, Mitchell Kelly (Mitch), Roslyn Kelly, Bonnie Ruggles (Duke), Sherry Marshall (Dan) and Diann Thomas (Mike); his siblings' children, Charles Kelly (Chuck), Niki Lohrmann (Ehren), Matt Ruggles, Amber Ruggles, April Thomas (Ben), Bret Marshall, Jeremy Goodman (Jessica) and Lucinda Overbey; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Harrison, Daley, Leah, Nick, Winter and Sierra.
