She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald McCullough and Barbra McCullough (Maddock). She is survived by: her children, Nancy J. Walker of Florence, KY., Bradley K. Williams (Kim) of Williamstown, KY and Gwendolyn J. Williams of Elsmere, KY; her siblings, Jean Bulau (Dan), Michael "Mike" McCullough (Wendy), Donald "Don" McCullough and James "Jim" McCullough (Jennifer); and her grandchildren, Cody, Jami of Jonathan, LJ, Alex, Jennifer, Donna, Samantha, Zack, Courtney, Jordanne and Olivia.
