He was predeceased by: his father James Terrill Coomer; his daughter Elizabeth Pauline Coomer; and his parents-in-law, Bonnie Pauline Bruner Evans and Dennis Rahe Webster. He is survived by: his wife Denise Pauline Webster Coomer of Florence, Kentucky; his children, Megan Elizabeth Coomer Hill (Dave) of Jacksonville, Florida, Charles Curtis Coomer of Florence and James Seth Coomer (Adrienne Hale) of Florence, Kentucky; his grandchildren, William (Charlie), Paisley, Serenity and Tucker; his mother Elizabeth Ann Pierce Coomer of Glasgow, Kentucky; his siblings, James Gregory Coomer (Debra) of Bowling Green, Kentucky and Mary Elizabeth Coomer Oyler (Beth) of Elkton, Kentucky; and his mother-in-law Wanda Webster of Sebring. He is also survived by his sisters and brothers-in-law, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like expressions of sympathy to be made to Thursday's Child, Inc, an organization dedicated to helping children waiting for their adoptive families.
