It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Rouse of Florence, Kentucky, who passed away on May 8, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his uncle David Peebles; his sister Beverly Jean Rouse; and his parents, Theora Peebles Locke and Harold Rouse of Dayton. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Wainscott Rouse; his sons, Cameron and Cassidy (Lynn); his granddaughter Daphne; his siblings-in-law, Blaine Wainscott (Faye), Deborah Delph (Danny) and David Stefek; his nephews, Robert Wainscott, Danny Scott Delph (Tina), Jarrod Delph (Jill), Jacob Delph, Zachary Hicks (Jenny) and Nathan Hodges (Sarah); and his aunts, Naomi Spegal and Pat Stein.
