He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine Mary Kaminski; and his son Michael. He is survived by: his children, Susan, Kenneth and Robert (Joyce); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Sara, Benjamin, Nicholas and Curtis; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Julia, Calvin, Zayden, Ryker and Alex.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Edward's memory may be made to Bluegrass Hospice Care/Bluegrass Care Navigators General Fund and/or St. Paul Catholic Church.
