She was predeceased by: her parents, Harden Enoch and Athleen Buckhold Carwithen; her husband Edwin Ray Haddox; her brothers, Donald, Ronald, Robert, Mac and Albert; and her grandchildren, Nathanial Rieselman and Roger Haddox.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Ware (Cavella), Mark Haddox (Barbara), Ricky Haddox, Gregory Haddox and Brian Haddox; and her sister Charlene Short. She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
