He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Smart and Ruby Smart; and his siblings, Betty Faulkner and Don Smart. He is survived by: his wife Glenna Smart; his children, Kelli Jackson (Paul) and Todd Smart (Melanie); his granddaughters, Elizabeth Kannady, Maliah Farris (Cory), Mariah Vann (Austin), Brittany Smart, Faith Smart and Hannah Smart; his great grandchildren, Alayna and Corbin of Everly, CT; and his sister Joyce Mahler. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
