He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Fulkerson; his children, Terri Holderith (Mark), Tony Fulkerson, Patty Fulkerson (Vibodh Chandhok) and Michael Fulkerson; his grandchildren, Benj Chandhok, Zach Chandhok, Bana Holderith and Sammy Chandhok; and his great grandchildren, Riya and Leena Chandhok.
